No Refunds

As SAHA is a physical product that is printed and prepared on order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once the order is confirmed and sent for processing, cancellation is not possible. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at support@sahajournal.com

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective journal, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.

Email us at: support@sahajournal.com with your order number and images of the damaged product.

Wrong Address or Non-Delivery

We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may need to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
